Pumpkin Displays (September 19- late October) Snap the perfect fall photo among our charming pumpkin displays throughout the Gardens. Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee (October 24) Celebrate Halloween with trick-or-treating, costume contests, crafts, games, and photo ops in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. 62nd Annual Cascading Mums (late October through November) Marvel at the nation’s largest outdoor display of cascading chrysanthemums. Thousands of vivid mums in shades of yellow, red, bronze, and lavender spill from bridges, balconies, urns, and more. Halloween Trail Scavenger Hunt! Come out and explore our three Halloween-themed trails and see if you can find all the spooky figures hiding along the way! Pumpkin Trail Ghost Trail Monster Trail Before you hit the trails, stop in and pick up a scavenger hunt handout and trail map to help guide your adventure. Keep track of everything you find and see if you can spot them all! This self-guided Halloween adventure will be available from now through the end of October, so bring your family, enjoy the fall weather, and have some spooky fun at the Environmental Studies Center! Join us this Sunday, September 27, for “Pops by the Pond,” the City of Spanish Fort’s fall concert and floral show! Gather your family and friends for an evening of music, beautiful floral arrangements, and fall fun in the heart of our community. The Mobile Symphonic Pops Band will bring its “Spooky” program to life with the whimsy of classical scores and the sounds of the season, alongside the Spanish Fort Garden Club. "Pops by the Pond" - Fall Concert & Floral Show Sunday, September 27, 2026 Doors Open: 5:00 PM Concert: 6:00 PM Spanish Fort Community Center 7361 Spanish Fort Blvd., Spanish Fort, AL 36527 Come early to visit and meet the members of the Spanish Fort Garden Club. The first 70 families to arrive will receive a bud vase of flowers, and two lucky families will have the chance to take home a larger floral arrangement. Door prize winners will be announced at the end of intermission and must be present to win. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and a picnic, and settle in for a beautiful fall evening together.
