For the walkers and runners, we are hosting a Halloween themed 5K on October 24th at 7:30am. The event will be held at Tricentennial Park and serves as a fundraiser for the LeFlore Girls Basketball program.

BOO BASH BY THE BAY IS COMING TO MOBILE!  Join us Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park for a HUGE day of Halloween fun on Mobile Bay! A day of art, live music, food and community will support artists impacted by the Shrimp Festival cancellation. Organized within days of the cancellation of the 53rd Annual National Shrimp Festival due to Hurricane Isaias, the pop-up brings local businesses and artists together, creating an opportunity for artists to showcase and sell their work. Participating Waterway Village businesses, including Tacky Jacks, Sunny 105.7, Big Beach Brewery, Gulf Coast Arts Alliance, Galway Irish Public House, Acme Oyster House, Gulf Shores Builders Supply, Isla Wine, Foam Coffee, and Pottery Central, will host artists at their locations. Residents and visitors are invited to explore the district, shop local art, listen to live music, and enjoy food and drinks at area businesses throughout the day.
