As night falls, the Gardens glow with more than 40 towering, handcrafted light sculptures that transform the landscape into a vivid world of color and scale. Inspired by traditional Chinese lantern artistry and brought to life with modern design, dazzling plants, animals, and imaginative creatures illuminate every path. Interactive displays invite you to move, play, and step into the experience. Join local artist, Shoshana Brand, on May 16 for a hands-on Nature Journaling workshop! Geared towards individuals and families alike (ages 11 and up), the workshop will be conducted outdoors in the beautiful Gardens and concentrate on movement in space, nature observation, and documentation. In this workshop, students will become explorer artists and will use a variety of artistic tools to create a deep connection with nature, art, and themselves. Bring your colored pencils and comfortable shoes, and fall in love with nature through unique and fun exercises throughout our Garden. The nature journal is included in the price, a great item to keep with you for all your future outdoor activities.
