What is goat yoga? We will guide you through gentle beginner yoga practice with the addition of adorable baby goats! These little guys love to jump and play. Enjoy fresh air and a real farm atmosphere as you attempt to hold a variety of basic yoga poses with baby goats jumping on, over, and around you. This is a unique experience that you'll never forget! The Mama Village is a FREE motherhood support group for mamas with babies aged 0-2.The group is facilitated by perinatal therapist Morgan Bradwell, LICSW, PMH-C of Village Therapy Collective & perinatal chiropractor Dr. Tiffany Jones, DC of Liberation Chiropractic & Wellness. Mobile Ballet is excited to be bringing THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG back to the Saenger stage on March 29 & 30! Guest artists KAYLIN WILSON and KRIS NOBLES will perform along with the Mobile Ballet Company, with SYMONE FRENCH singing live! Katia Garza’s unique adaptation of The Princess and the Frog is created just for Mobile, with breathtaking choreography and visuals. The story follows a hardworking young waitress named Tiana who is an aspiring chef and dreams of opening her own restaurant. Her dream takes a little detour when she meets Prince Naveen, who has been turned into a frog by an evil Dr. Facilier. Mistaking her for a princess and hoping to break the spell, Naveen plants a kiss on poor Tiana, turning her into a frog as well. They adventure through Mobile Bay seeking help to break the spell, finding new friends along the way.
