We will have a variety of adaptive bikes for youth and adults to try out and take for a ride on the trail. Already have your own bike? Bring it and join us to help celebrate the trail! You can also sign up or log your miles for the free 100 Alabama Miles Challenge program and grab a T-shirt! Lakeshore Foundation will provide adaptive bikes, helmets, and safety flags for youth and adults to try and ride. Available bikes will include hand cycles and recumbent trikes for adults and youth. Animals, nature and other objects come alive in this class; as we move, we learn to stretch our bodies in new creative ways.
