Mark your calendars, Spark & Sounds returns to Downtown OWA with a day filled with upbeat entertainment, hands-on activities, and New Years Eve fun for all ages! Enjoy roaming performers, themed crafts, and plenty of family-friendly fun as Downtown OWA turns into a lively celebration. As the evening builds, the party shifts to the OWA Island stage with back-to-back live music.
