Mother’s Day Take-n-Make- Daphne Public Library- 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Drive thru to Take-N-Make a special craft for Mother’s Day!
Afternoon Paint– Flip Flops. Art in the Studio (Stapleton, AL)- 6:30 to 8:30- Fun for adults & kids 6+. Come dressed for a mess & bring a snack as you enjoy a guided painting.

Mother’s Day Majestic Market– Old Majestic Brewing Company- 12:00 p.m. Celebrate moms with a delicious brunch and then do some shopping with local vendors while enjoying some music on Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day Pottery Extravaganza– Moon Struck Pottery- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A unique mother’s day experience! Each guest will get to make 2 items on the potters wheel (with assistance). Pictures will be taken to capture the moment. This class is for all ages and levels of experience. Reservations required.
Mother’s Day Concert in the Park– Medal of Honor Park- 5:30 p.m. Celebrate Mother’s Day with an evening of music and scenic beauty. Bring your chairs and a picnic and enjoy this free event.

Food Truck Fest– Mobile Flea Market- 9:00 a.m. Come to the flea market and enjoy some local food trucks!

Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival– OWA- 18th annual Hot Air Balloon Festival is a 3 day event with live entertainment, vendors and a balloon glow. Bring the kids for a magical weekend of fun!
Balloon Fest Paint & Sip at OWA– OWA- 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Come and paint hot air balloon paintings before the nightly Balloon Glow during the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. Adult and kid canvases (ages 6-12) available.

Roll Mobile– Skate Night around Bienville Square- 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Come roll around Bienville square while enjoying the lights, a live Dj and vendors.
May LoDa Artwalk– Downtown Mobile- 6:00 p.m.
Mother & Son Event– 16111 South Ave, Silverhill, Al- 6:00 p.m. Mother/son birdhouse building project lead by the Utility officials, Fire Department and town officials. (There will be hammering and drilling involved) Hotdogs, chips and drink will be provided.

Walk a Mile in My Shoes- The Grounds- 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Fostering Together Gulf Coast presents a one mile community walk to raise awareness and funds for foster care support.
Creekfest– Tricentennial Park- 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mark your calendars because Creekfest is back! *More details to come*
Semmes Splash Pad Opening/City Picnic Day– 8108 Morris Hill Road, Semmes, Al- 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – The splash pad will officially open for the season! To celebrate there will be hot dogs, chips and shaved ice.

Pepsi Beach Ball Drop- The Wharf- 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.- Come and watch as over 4,000 beach balls fall from the sky! There will be designated areas for younger kids to safely enjoy the drop. There will also be family friendly activities, bouncy house, bubble zone, face painting and more!

Mobile Pops Memorial Day Concert– Medal of Honor Park- 7:00 p.m. Annual concert to commemorate memorial day featuring Amercana music to honor the occasion. Bring a chair & picnic and enjoy the concert under the star lit sky. Free Event.
Memorial Day Weekend Party & Fireworks– OWA- 2 p.m. (activites) 8:50 p.m. (fireworks) Family fun for memorial day weekend with crafts and activities for the kids, live music and more! Patriotic fireworks will go off at 8:50 p.m. sharp and can be seen in the air over Downtown OWA and Tropic Falls.

Dauphin Island Sunday Sunset Concert– Dauphin Island West End Beach- 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Concerts begin about 90 minutes before the sun goes down. Bring your lawn chairs, snacks & beverages and enjoy a laid back concert on the beach. Admission is 5.00 pp with 12 & under being free.
