Little Park Pals: Pirate Adventure

Gulf State Park Nature Center

Grab your young nature enthusiast and join us for hands-on family fun! Our Little Park Pals programs consist of an educational animal encounter and a hands-on activity or craft, with our younger Park guests in mind. Best suited for children ages 4-10. Parents must be present. Pirate Adventures is a fun and interactive program for children that combines history, creativity, and adventure! Kids will learn about the pirates who once sailed the Gulf Coast, create their own pirate gear through a hands-on craft activity, and embark on an exciting treasure hunt. Join us for an Island Luau - August 9 at the DI Community Center from 6-9PM. Live music by the Salt Shakers (A Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band) and performances throughout the evening by professional Hula Dancers. Hula Lessons at 6:30PM to the Lilo & Stitch song and at 8PM to a Traditional Hawaiian Dance. Admission is $20 in advance for Aults and $25 at the door. For ages 15 & younger the price is $10. An Island dinner and desserts are provided. Coolers are welcome.
