The event organizer Art Activities Specialist Lee Callaghan has this to say about this awesome event: "This is bound to be a fashion show unlike any you’ve ever seen! Photo and cultural displays, as well as displays of traditional attire will be among the featured exhibits. The main attraction? Tribute dresses created by local artists to honor this year’s selection of countries represented within our community. Registration for a booth is free, but participants must have a City of Mobile Business License in order to participate. The fee to obtain a Business License is $25. To obtain the Business License, participants must also attend the informational session on August 30 ahead of the event. Pitch Competition Youth ages 14-17 may also participate in a Pitch Competition! Compete by presenting your ideas to local business leaders for a chance to win exciting prizes.
