Crepe Myrtle Tail Festival 2025
McNally Park 4380 Park Road, Mobile2025 Spring Festival on the shores of sunny Mobile Bay, at the heart of the parkway, McNally Park! Join us for kayaking, food, fun, music and community directly following the Crepe Myrtle Trail bicycle ride by Mobile United that now begins and ends at McNally Park. Free to the public. Artists and vendors are needed! Proceeds from this event directly serve this 501(c)(3)'s mission to improve public infrastructure in the community, mitigate localized flooding in neighbors, and reduce coastal erosion through the addition of breakwaters on the Western Shores of Mobile Bay.

The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians are descendants of those who resisted relocation during the Trail of Tears, preserving their heritage as a sovereign nation of over 11,000 Tribal members—including artist Jeffrey Gibson. This presentation will explore the deep cultural influences woven into his contemporary work, highlighting its connections to Choctaw traditions. Come celebrate the richness of Choctaw culture and gain insight into the artistic inspiration behind Round Dancing

We're proud to support our community with a selection of vendors who accept SNAP benefits, making fresh, healthy options accessible to all. Every Saturday, the market will open at Cathedral Square at 7:30 a.m. and close at noon.
