This year during Kid's Fishing Weekend, on March 22-23, 2025, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's destinations will offer a wide variety of free activities focused on teaching youngsters how to fish. These activities range from kid's catch-and-release ponds to casting challenges with free photo downloads, backyard bass casting games and fishing lure crafts. Plus, anglers of all ages are encouraged to submit their favorite kid's fishin' photo's to the 'Johnny Morris Kid's Braggin' Board' for a chance to be featured in Bass Pro Shops catalogs and on social media. This family-friendly special event celebrates the upcoming production of “The Princess and the Frog”, and offers attendees unique meet-and-greet opportunities with cast members including photo ops with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen. It will also feature a short sneak-peek performance excerpt, interactive storytime, tasty local treats and refreshments, children's activities and crafts, a silent auction, and more! WHAT TO EXPECT Meet the Cast: Meet and take photos with beloved characters from Mobile Ballet’s Princess and the Frog production, including Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen!
