The Mama Village is a FREE motherhood support group for mamas with babies aged 0-2.The group is facilitated by perinatal therapist Morgan Bradwell, LICSW, PMH-C of Village Therapy Collective & perinatal chiropractor Dr. Tiffany Jones, DC of Liberation Chiropractic & Wellness. We meet once a month on Fridays from 12-1pm at Redbar Espresso. Buying a coffee, smoothie, or lunch from Redbar is encouraged as a way of thanking them for freely offering us a space to meet. Pro tip - get to Redbar a few minutes early to place your order before their lunch rush! Babies welcome!! If you have a toddler, we do suggest bringing some small activities for them to play with. Bring the family to the Semmes Community Center and watch The Wild Robot. We will have chairs available, but feel free to bring your comfy foldable chairs or picnic blankets. We plan to have a few food vendors on site. You are welcome to bring your own snacks. The movie will begin at 6:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
