Cruises are cancelled only in the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather that prevents the safe operation of the boat at the time of departure. In the event of passing storms, which are frequent along the Gulf Coast, the captain may delay departure for up to 30 minutes so that we can conduct cruises on the day they are scheduled. Cruises will not depart in heavy rain and lightning, but may go out in light rain. In the rare event a cruise must be cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a voucher equal to the value of their purchase for use on a future cruise.
