This unique, 90-minute, voyage of discovery explores the major battles of the Civil War's “Mobile Campaign” from the rivers along which its major actions took place! This narrated cruise offers guests a unique waterside view of the battlefields of Blakeley and Spanish Fort as well as a rare opportunity to glimpse the sites of Fort Huger and Tracy. The combined-forces campaign for Mobile, including its notable Union and Confederate navy participation, will be discussed along the rivers where it all unfolded in the spring of 1865. Bring binoculars if desired for the best views of area wildlife

Additional Information Be prepared for a hike through a wooded area. This event may be postponed in case of inclement weather.

Just like Christmas - The Parade Route Has Changed for the Mardi Gras --- Illinois Street will be a THROW street... Line up will start around Noon on Kichler Circle and ROLL at 2PM ... I will be asking that all entries go to North Kichler, round the circle and come East towards the High School to turn RIGHT onto Illinois street and start throwing to those on the streets down Illinois to Hwy 98 East to the center of Town and then turn North on Co. Rd. 83 and roll back to Kichler Circle and back around Illinois Street to unload.SO WE WILL FILL ALL FOUR STREETS OF THE TOWN SQUARE ... Illinois Street, HWY 98, CO RD 83, KICKLER CIR Behind the Football field!If you are interested in being in the Mardi Gras Parade, please contact Vicky Norris at 251-232-5393Each Float will require two walkers, to help with crowd control and I will need a copy of the Driver License and Insurance of each driver.LES BON TEMP ROULE!!!!
