Pop-Up Park and Block Party

Join us for our first Pop-up Park & Block Party at Marjorie Snook Park, located behind City Hall! Pop-Up Parks are designed to bring awareness to underutilized green spaces throughout our City.
Live music will be provided by the Funky Lampshades-so bring your comfy chairs or blankets to sit. The Coastal Alabama Business Chamber will be selling beverages for ALL ages and Sugar Love food truck will be on-site for dinner! The Orange Beach History Museum will have extended hours until 8:30 p.m., so stop in and check them out!
What’s a park without a little competition? We’ll hold our first annual hot-dog eating competition, for ages 18 and up, during intermission. Grand Prize winner gets lots of cool prizes, plus a year’s free membership to the Orange Beach Fitness Center!
The Orange Beach Fire Department will be using their water truck to keep the kids cool and a water-feature inflatable will be provided-so make sure the kiddos bring a towel and change of clothes!
Golf cart use is encouraged and designated cart parking will be in the grass lot in front of Fire Station 1.
