Free Women’s Self Defense Class

This is a FREE class for women to learn real self defense from one of Mobile’s only active female MMA fighter, jiu-jitsu competitor, and coach.
You do NOT need any experience for this. Ages 8+
With years of training, including a recent month spent in Thailand training at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA as well as winning her international fight there, multiple MMA fights, and very many jiu-jitsu competitions, Coach Nina will be teaching a few skills she believes are the most effective and important to know for a real life altercations.
