Easter In Wonderland
April 5 @ 9:30 am - 2:00 pm

Join us on Saturday, April 5th, from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm for our annual Easter at the Exploreum event!
This year’s festivities will bring an exciting and brand new take to our annual family-favorite celebration with whacky illusions and STEM activities inspired by Disney’s Alice in Wonderland. Kicking off with the Exploreum Easter Egg Hunt, this event will bring the wonders of the holiday and the world of STEAM learning to life through hands-on activities and thrilling science experiments.
The hunt for 10,000 prize-filled eggs will be followed by Alice in Wonderland themed STEAM adventures into the whacky and mysterious science of illusions, the brain and senses, chemistry, and much more! Families will explore “Wonderland” as they experience hands-on activities and experiments such as magic cards STEM challenges with the Red Queen, color changing “chemistry clock” experiments with the White Rabbit, and a liquid nitrogen experiment shattering the painted roses.
Be sure to stop by the Southern Cream Ice Cream Truck to enjoy a delicious frozen treat. We will also have facepainting with Starshine Faces and a special demonstration of our animal ambassador friends from Animal Tales at noon. You do not want to miss out on any of the wonderful fun!
