Enjoy the sweet holiday charm of the Sugarplum Festival at Downtown OWA on December 21st and 22nd! Stroll through Downtown OWA while browsing unique holiday gifts and sweet treats from local and regional vendors, enjoy live holiday performances, and show off your gingerbread house decorating skills in the gingerbread house competition. With the holiday season in full swing, it’s the most wonderful time to get into the Christmas spirit while supporting local artisans!

Schedule of Events
- 12:00 – 6:00 pm: Light-up marquess letter photo op at the Splashpad
- 12:00 – 6:00 pm: Local and regional vendors with unique holiday gifts and crafts throughout Downtown OWA
- 12:30 – 1:00 pm: Caroler performance by the Fairhope High School Choir near the Tropic Falls entrance
- 1:00 – 1:30 pm: Holiday dance showcase outside Waffles R Wild
- 1:00 – 4:00 pm, 5:00 – 7:00 pm: North Pole across from OWA Theater. Learn more about the North Pole here.
- 1:30 – 2:30 pm: Nutcracker performance from the Luminary Entertainment Company next to Native Treasures
- 1:45 – 2:30 pm, 4:15 – 5:00 pm: Gingerbread house competition in Storybook Manor, located beside OWA Theater. Register the whole family for the chance to win!
- December 21st only, 3:30 – 4:00 pm: Holiday dance showcase by the South Baldwin Dance Center outside Waffles R Wild
- 5:00 – 6:00 pm: Gingerbread House Competition Awards Ceremony hosted by DJ Mark
