Elf Academy

Do you have what it takes to be one of Santa’s little helpers? Become an honorary elf at Elf Academy in Downtown OWA! On December 13^th and 14^th, children of all ages can participate in an interactive experience throughout Downtown OWA to receive an honorary elf hat and certificate.
