The beginning of October means it is time for all of the Fall Fun! We have compiled a list of Fall festivals and events that are happening in the Baldwin County area. Saturday, October 5
It’s time to suit up in your finest dirndl and lederhosen, Oktoberfest is coming to OWA Parks & Resort! During this day long German inspired event expect the Annual Sister City 5K, interactive team games, and live entertainment featured throughout Downtown OWA!

– 9:00 am – until: Sister City 5K partners with South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and the City of Foley
– 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Kinder Garden Kids Zone with free activities in the Festival Grounds
– 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Kids Root Beer Stein Holding Contest at Sweet Tooth Alcove
– 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Fishing for Apple at the Downtown Fountain
– 2:00 pm – until: Pretzel Eating Contest at the Native Treasures Alcove
– 3:00 pm – until: Dachshund Derby in the festival ground | Registration below.
– 4:00 pm – until: All-Ages Yodeling Contest on the Island
– 4:30 pm – until: Beard Contest on the Island
– 5:00 pm – until: Adults Beer Belly Contest on the Island
– 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Adults Stein Holding Contest in Sweet Tooth Alcove
– 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Live Music featuring The Brats on OWA Island

Come enjoy hotdogs, candy, games, prizes and more!
October 26th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Daphne Elementary School and enjoy games, inflatables, music, a spooky maze, candy, concessions, and more! Patrons can preorder tickets via our website at daphneelementarypto.com at a reduced rate of $15 per person (ages 3-15). Festival goers ages 16 and up get in FREE! Tickets will also be available at the gate the day-of for $20 per person
